The Monument, Weybridge
The Monument, Weybridge
This slim column once stood at Seven Dials in London before it was pulled down by rioters who believed there was buried treasure there. It was taken to Weybridge by a local builder and later re-erected in George III's reign as a monument to the Duchess of York.
