Flood plain of the Spey, Blargie
Vast area of flat land which had recently flooded. Damming and diverting the upper Spey has possibly reduced the frequency of these episodes, but at this time the Spey Dam was full, and I expect Laggan (NN3780 : Laggan Dam) was emptying on all six bores. Great weather for Alcan.
