Heugh Clints
Heugh Clints
Wonderful part of the River North Tyne and another favourite lunch spot and with a bit of luck you might be joined by a Kingfisher for lunch. There is a spit of that protrudes into the river making it a perfect spot for lunch and watching the river life. Despite new signs and stiles the footpath at the base of the Clints is blocked by fallen trees and boulders.
