TQ4408 : Brigdens

taken 13 years ago, near to Beddingham, East Sussex, Great Britain

A farm operated on this site from the 15th century to 1980 since when the land, which had been in ownership of Glynde Estate since 1564 was amalgamated with others elsewhere and the buildings here reverted to cottages of which there are two. Behind the building is Brigdens Shaw and just beyond the treetops is Mount Caburn.
