Lower Falls Visitor Hub (set of 2 images)
Information board located in this Glen Nevis car park.
This car park was once known as the 'Polldubh Falls' car park (there are other car parks nearby which also used to be referred to as such) being close to the Polldubh waterfall (also known as the 'Lower Falls'). This car park has been upgraded in recent times and it marks the furthest point along the Glen Nevis road which can be reached by large vehicles. The road narrows considerably from here as it crosses the bridge over the falls and nothing bigger than a small minibus can go any further. There are toilets here and a bus stop for the service bus which plies the glen. Parking charges are very reasonable and there are several information boards giving useful and interesting information about the area.
