Rescue vehicles on Arthur's Seat

The Queen's Drive around Arthur's Seat was blocked for a while by police and rescue vehicles, following a call-out by somebody who had seen flashing lights up on the rocks [sunlight reflections from litter?]. Nobody was found, so I expect it would be classified as false alarm with good intent.
