The building has the following planning permission (6 October 2015) “LA04/2015/1152/F Proposed change of use from existing 8 storey office building. to provide additional hotel accommodation for adjacent Ten Square Hotel (46 Ensuite rooms) and ancillary accommodation, including façade elevational changes. Lancashire House 3-5 Linenhall Street Belfast”.
