The Wine Rack, Ipswich :: Shared Description

The Wine Rack is an uncompleted building in Ipswich, located near to The Mill. It was left uncompleted after the developers City Living went into administration. It was thought that after 2 harsh winters and record rainfall that it would have to be pulled down but in 2012 a thorough survey by experts working for Agents Savills has concluded that the basic structure is fine LinkExternal link. It wasn't until I looked it up while writing this description that I found the name "Wine Rack", I had tried to look it up before and had not found that name. It was soled to Marina Developments (Ipswich) Ltd, which has said it will be completed LinkExternal link.
