WW1 Drill Hall - 5 Forrest Hill, Edinburgh

Originally the Headquarters of The Queens Rifle Volunteer Brigade "The Royal Scots", built in 1904, and the site of a WW1 drill hall for the 4th & 5th Battalions, Royal Scots(HQ and A-H Companies.Link. Now owned by The University of Edinburgh and used by their Communication and Marketing department. The drill hall is to the left of the main HQ Building, and is used as the Estate Operations Central Area Workshop. The shooting range is below the workshop and now inaccessible.
