Penrith New Squares
Penrith New Squares is a modern retail led development on the southern edge of Penrith town centre. It comprises a new pedestrianised shopping street with a large Sainsburys supermarket at the southern end of the street anchoring the scheme. There is also a large multi-storey car park adjacent to the supermarket and there are residential flats above a number of the shops.
Construction on the scheme was completed in the summer of 2013, when the first tenants moved into the shop units.
