A vacant site on the western side of Victoria Street which had the following planning permission (since lapsed): “Z/2002/2277/F Construction of new office building. (Amended proposal) 7/10/2003”. There is currently (April 2015) the following application: “Z/2015/0024/F 165-169 Victoria Street Belfast BT1 4PE Proposed redevelopment of existing site to form ground floor office/showroom with 5 floors of office accommodation”. The photographs submitted by me appear as a neutral matter of record only. I have no connection with any of the parties involved in the development and express no opinion about the application.
