A site, between Corporation Street and Tomb Street for which there is (May 2015) the following application for planning permission: “Z/2015/0176/F 21-29 Corporation Street and 18-24 Tomb Street Belfast BT1 3BA construction of basement carpark, 250 bed hotel including; bar, conference facilities and ancillary acommodation [sic], and demolition of 2 storey structure and multi deck carpark”.
