Former Hastings College site

The former site of Hastings College which is to be developed into 121 houses and flats, including restoring the Grade II listed LinkExternal link Archery Villas on the Southern site of Archery Road. It also includes a 1983 administrative block on West Hill Road.

A six storey block built in 1968 originally built as a Engineering Training Centre and later became Hastings College, was demolished in 2015.

The site is being redeveloped by Orbit social housing group.

The college relocated to Station Plaza Link in 2010.
