Glasgow Stock Exchange building

This striking Venetian Gothic style Category A Listed building LinkExternal link occupies a prominent corner site on Buchanan Street at Nelson Mandela Place.

It was designed by John Burnet in 1875-1877 and was modified and extended by Sir John James Burnet in 1894-1898. In addition to the unusual architecture, the building is adorned with several sculptures and reliefs.
