Reported (January 2016) as being sold they were offered for sale and described by the agents as “Re-Development Opportunity (Subject to Planning) Suitable for a mixed use development Incorporating office / retail / residential”.
There is the following application (20 July 2017) for planning permission “LA04/2017/1707/F Erection of 11 storey office building with ground floor restaurant/café, associated works & vehicular access from tomb street. |Graham House Albert Square Belfast BT1 3EQ”.
