Hadleigh Railway Walk

Hadleigh Railway Walk, a Local Nature Reserve, runs on the disused railway line between Hadleigh and Raydon. The walk is also a cycle way.

Most of the walk is bordered by trees either on raised
banks or on downward slopes. Towards Raydon the path cuts through Raydon Great Wood.

The Hadleigh branch line connected to the Great Eastern main line at Bentley. The line closed to passengers in 1932 and closed completely in 1965.
