Lancaster railway station

Originally built in 1846, extended in 1906 and remodelled with electrification in 1973, Lancaster is one of the principal stations on the West Coast Main Line between London and Glasgow. It serves as an interchange for trains to Morecambe, Leeds (via Skipton), Barrow and the Cumbrian Coast, and Windermere.

About shared descriptions

These Shared Descriptions are common to multiple images.
