St Thomas's church, Legsby

Grade II listed

The church dates from the 13th C onwards, and has a western tower, nave, chancel and vestry.
The tower is of three stages with one bell and topped with corner obelisks.
A 19th C vestry has been added north of the tower.
The tower arch is 13th C.

The nave is aisleless, with a 13th C. arch into a small chancel with a 16th C window. There are commandment boards either side.

The tub font is Norman, with double cable moulding on the edge.

Most of the fittings are from the 19th C.

The church was altered in the 18th C. when the chancel was shortened, the pulpit tester was added, the bell openings
altered and the obelisk pinnacles added to the tower.

Externally there is a war memorial lychgate.
