The 1901 street directory shows “35, 37. McCusker, M., wine merchant & family grocer 39. Sutton & Co., General, Inland, Continental & Foreign Carriers, Agents for Wells, Fargo & Co., New York; R. Nolan, Manager Custom House Chambers 41. Albert Club”.
The 1960 edition “35-37. Kirk, S., Ltd., wine and spirit merchants
39-41. Vacant ground”.
