Former Bridgend Public School
The former school building is located on Bridgend at Stoneyholm Road. The school closed in 1978 when Moorpark Primary School opened nearby.
The building is now in use as a community centre. The building bears two date stones, one on the bell tower showing 1848 and another on the same wall showing 1895. A third date stone on display within the grounds shows 1886.
