Kirkstall Valley Nature Reserve

A ten hectare reserve formed in the 1990s on reclaimed industrial land between the Leeds-Skipton railway line and the river Aire. The reserve, with its mixture of planted and naturally seeded trees, ponds and wildflower meadows, is managed by the Yorkshire Wildlife Trust and open to the public on a permissive basis.

About shared descriptions

These Shared Descriptions are common to multiple images.

For example, you can create a generic description for an object shown in a photo, and reuse the description on all photos of the object. All descriptions are public and shared between contributors, i.e. you can reuse a description created by others, just as they can use yours.
