Ivy Bridge over the River Mint

Ivy Bridge is a Grade 2 listed structure, which carries a farm lane and footpath over the River Mint downstream of Patton Bridge. It is built of stone, using dry stone walling techniques, without cement.
Part of the bridge collapsed due to flooding about 2017, leaving a large gap in the north side of the main span, extending at least three quarters of the width of the roadway. The south parapet is still intact. The landowner has effected a temporary repair of wood, which can support people and probably a quad bike, but it is not safe to carry vehicles.
