Adel Dam Nature Reserve :: Shared Description

Adel Dam is a nature reserve that is managed by the Yorkshire Wildlife Trust. It lies to the east of Golden Acre Park (there is access through the park). The reserve extends to 8 hectares, and features a large pond (Adel Dam), with most of the rest of the reserve being woodland. There are 2 hides for bird watching, the Marsh Hide is wheelchair accesible.

Adel Beck flows through the reserve, after it flows from the dam of the lake in Golden Acre Park.
