Twin bridges on the Deeping Bypass

The River Welland enjoys several parallel watercourses across the plain between Uffington and The Deepings, including the former Stamford Canal's route. These converge near the town bridge in Market Deeping so when the A15 was moved off that bridge to a new Bypass to the west of the town, it was necessary to bridge the Welland in two very close spots along that road.
