Bent Rigg Radar Station
Bent Rigg Radar Station, (also known as Royal Air Force Ravenscar) was a World War II radar station situated on the coast about 1km south of Ravenscar in Yorkshire. The station was built in 1941 and was operational until September 1944.
Some of the structure remain close to the cliff edge with the foundations of the accommodation blocks being visible close to the route of the old Scarborough and Whitby Railway. It is a schedule monument.
