Louth, Southfield Farm intensive cattle rearing pens

The stench from these has blighted the area, even the town centre, since their inception. The comment was made that if there were to be a housing estate built nearby, the smell would stop. A large estate has since been built but, in 2024, the cattle pens are still there, with their occupants.
