Ibis Hotels :: Shared Description
Ibis is an international hotel company, owned by Accor hotels, who also own Novotel ( Link ). It has 800 hotels in 40 countries around the world, with over 370 in France and most of the remainder elsewhere in Europe. The hotels are generally close to city centres, airports or rail stations, offering budget rates.
The first Ibis opened in Bordeaux in 1974 and at end of January 2012 Ibis hotel have more than 900 hotels across the world.
