Towers at Danegate :: Shared Description

These two towers sit just off the footpath from Great Danegate to Pococks Farm.

Part of Eridge Old Park. Sitting on the top of a hill they were possibly some kind of lookout over the estate. There are two other towers, to the North-West at Sham Farm TQ56343391, which can be seen from the site, and to the South-East at Saxonbury Hill in the Saxonbury Woods TQ57783295.
