Greenford Branch Line :: Shared Description

The Greenford Branch Line is a 4.4 km suburban railway line in west London. It runs north from a triangular junction with the Great Western Main Line west of West Ealing to a central bay platform at Greenford station which is also on the London Underground Central line. A triangular junction near Greenford connects to the New North Main Line. It is one of the few remaining true branch lines in the Greater London area. The line opened in 1903.
